Breakfast with Kratom

Good morning or good day everyone! Hope everyone is having an amazing and beautiful day!

Let’s make some breakfast with Kratom! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because that’s where you start your day. But eating breakfast food is always good anytime of the day to be honest, right? I don’t know what it is but I love eating breakfast food at night. It just taste better. But everyone is different in their own ways!

If you have your own recipe then use it! Or if you want to make it easy and quick, you can always use the packaged one! Let’s get started, shall we?~

Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cup buttermilk or milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 teaspoon butter melted
  • Daily dose of Kratom powder
  • Toppings (Optional): Chocolate chips, fruits, etc.

Directions:

  • Mix the vanilla extract, milk, egg, and butter together
  • Mix the dry ingredients on a different bowl: flour, baking powder, kratom powder sugar, and salt
  • Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until batter is formed
  • Add any other ingredients as desired: Chocolate chips, fruits, etc.
  • Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray
  • Using a ladle, pour some same on the pan
  • Flip when bubbles form on surface
  • Remove when golden brown on both sides
  • Garnish with desire toppings and maple syrup

And if you love waffles and you love it better than pancakes, here’s a simple recipe! Again, if you have your own recipe please go ahead and use it! Just add your daily dose of Kratom! And make sure you have a waffle maker machine!

Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Daily dose of Kratom
  • Maple syrup or desire toppings

Directions:

  • In a mixing bowl, sift and mix all dry ingredients: 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 5 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons baking powder, 1/4 salt, and daily dose of Kratom.
  • In another mixing bowl, mix together the wet ingredients: 1 cup milk, 1/4 vegetable oil, 1/2 tablespoon vanilla, and 1 egg. Then add to the dry mix.
  • Ladle waffle mix onto a waffle maker. (Do not fill the mix to the edge of the waffle maker machine, we want to show those beautiful green for the kratom.)
  • Cook until golden brown. Don’t forget to flip both side! Should be about 2.5 minutes for both side so total of 5 minutes.
  • Serve it with desire toppings and/or maple syrup!

Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Daily dose of Kratom

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a muffin pan with paper liners and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the sugar and egg. Add in the oil and milk, mix until fully combined.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, mix together the flour, salt, baking powder, and kratom powder. Mix the flour mixture in to the wet ingredients until everything it smooth and combined.
  • Scoop into the prepared muffin pan and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. (Stick a toothpick to see if its ready when it inserted and comes out clean.)

Yogurt Fruit Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 mango or your choice fruits: Strawberries, Blueberries, Bananas, Etc.
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes (Optional) or your desire toppings
  • Honey
  • Daily dose of Kratom

Directions:

  • Whisk together your daily dose of Kratom into the yogurt.
  • Top it with mangos or your choice of fruits and desire toppings.
  • Drizzle some honey and sprinkle some more Kratom on top.

Simple, right? I told you that you can add your daily dose of Kratom into anything!

Smoothies

Ingredients:

NON-DAIRY

  • Your choice of frozen fruits:
    • Strawberries
    • Blueberries
    • Bananas
    • Oranges
    • Apples
    • Peaches
    • Raspberries
    • Pineapples
    • Mangos
    • ETC.
  • Your choice of juices:
    • Orange Juice
    • Apple Juice
    • Pineapple Juice
    • Coconut Juice
    • ETC.
  • Daily dose of Kratom

DAIRY

  • Your choice of frozen fruits:
    • Strawberries
    • Blueberries
    • Bananas
    • Oranges
    • Apples
    • Peaches
    • Raspberries
    • Pineapples
    • Mangos
    • ETC.
  • Your choice of milk:
    • Almond Milk
    • Coconut Milk
    • Cashew Milk
    • Soy Milk
    • Regular Milk – 2%, Lowfat, etc.
    • ETC.
  • Daily dose of Kratom

Directions:

  • Add your choice of juice or milk and daily dose of Kratom into a blender along with your choice of fruits. Add a few frozen fruits at a time so it blend nicely.
  • Once blended, pour into a cup and serve.
