Q: How long does shipping take?

Most orders are received within 2-3 business days, and shipped within 24 hours after payment, and same day if placed before 12pm.

Q: What are your hours?

A: Please see our pickup schedule for more information on our pickup hours. We are available for delivery 11am to 8pm.

Q: How old do I have to be to purchase your products?

A: You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any of our products online, 18 years or older for in-person sales in the state of CA.

Q: Which strain(s) should I get?

A: In general, if you are looking for energy, white vein strains would be best for you. For the most relaxing strains choose red veins. For a balance of energetic, relaxing, and uplifting effects choose our green vein strains. For more detailed information on kratom please see our strain list and what is kratom page.

Q: How do I place a delivery or pickup order?

A: This service is available to our local customers in the Bay Area. All delivery orders are placed through via text to 925-954-4992, pickups are scheduled via our calendar. Please do not place an order online for pickup/delivery orders, online orders are for shipping only. For more information on our local pick up/delivery service, please visit our Bay Area page.

Q: What are your prices/what items can I get to meet the minimum?

A: All of our product prices can be found on our shop page. Please do not ask us to pick your order for you. It is your responsibility to determine what you’d like to order and to notify us of it. Walk-ins to our store have no minimums, scheduled pickups have minimums of $30. For information on our local order minimums, please see our Bay Area page.

Q: “I would like to pick up my order at (insert location here). Is this possible?”

A: Orders are picked up curbside in the 3500 Clayton Rd, CA 94519 parking lot (walk-ins not available). You can choose your own pickup location, but it will be designated as a delivery order and will incur a separate delivery fee.

Q: I received my tracking number, but it does not seemed to be updating. What is going on?

A: Sometimes it can take the postal service 24 hours or more for tracking information to update. Please be patient and allow some time for USPS to update your tracking and process your shipment.

Q: Can I pay with Cash app, Google Pay etc. for my pickup/delivery order?

A: Yes you may. Cash is accepted on a limited basis for delivery orders at this time. E-Check or Cryptocurrency discounts are not applicable to in-person orders, they are for online orders only. You may still pay with cryptocurrency for in-person purchases however. If you choose to use one of these methods, you must submit payment in advance of delivery or pickup. Q: Can I apply coupon codes to my store/delivery order?

A: Most of the time, yes! However occasionally we do local or online only sales. If you would like to stay up to date on both local and online sales, please subscribe to our newsletter.

Q: What countries do you ship to?

A: We currently ship to kratom legal states and cities in the United States, and internationally to Canada.
