FAQ

Q: Which strain(s) should I get?

A: As vendors we are unable to make any medical claims about our products. In general, if you are looking for energy, white vein strains would be best for you. For the most relaxing strains choose red veins. For a balance of energetic, relaxing, and uplifting effects choose our green vein strains. Please do not ask us medical questions as we are not doctors and will be unable to assist you. For more detailed information on kratom please see our strain list and what is kratom page.

Q: How do I place a delivery or pickup order?

A: This service is available to our local customers in the Bay Area. All pickup and delivery orders are placed through via text to (925) 954-4992. Please do not place an order online for pickup/delivery orders. Online orders are for shipping only. For more information on our local pick up/delivery service, please visit our Bay Area page.

Q: What are your prices/what items can I get to meet the minimum?

A: All of our product prices can be found on our shop page. Please do not ask us to pick your order for you. It is your responsibility to determine what you’d like to order and to notify us of it. For information on our local order minimums, please see our Bay Area page.

Q: “I would like to pick up my order at (insert location here). Is this possible?”

A: Pickup locations are determined by the Kreed Botanicals team and not by the customer. You can choose your own pickup location, but it will be designated as a delivery order and will incur a separate delivery fee.

Q: How long do online orders take to ship, and when can I expect to recieve the order?

A: Orders can take anywhere from 12-48 hours to ship, although in some circumstances it may take longer. Orders will not ship until payment has been verified and processed. Shipping times vary depending on location, but it can take anywhere from 1-7 business days to receive the order once shipped. NOTE: Shipping times may change based on the status of USPS and their processing times. If there are delays in their service, shipping times may take longer.

Q: I received my tracking number, but it does not seemed to be updating. What is going on?

A: Sometimes it can take the postal service 24 hours or more for tracking information to update. Please be patient and allow some time for USPS to update your tracking and process your shipment.

Q: I tried to text you guys for a pick up/delivery order but there was no availability, what gives?

A: If you texted us too close to closing (8PM PT) we may be unable to schedule a pickup/delivery order for that day. If there is no availability that day, you can schedule for the next business day or another day in the future when you are available. Additionally, we may experience high order volume on certain days that will limit our availability. We try and accommodate all of our costumers to the best of our ability.

Q: Can I pay with venmo, cash app, google pay etc. for my pickup/delivery order?

A: It is cash only for the first pickup order, but on subsequent orders you may pay with one of our listed digital payment methods. Cash is not accepted for delivery orders at this time. GreenBeanPay or Cryptocurrency discounts are NOT applicable to in-person orders, they are for online orders only. If you choose to use one of these methods, you must submit payment in advance of delivery or pickup. For more information please see our Bay Area page.

Q: Can I apply coupon codes to my pickup/delivery order?

A: No, coupon codes are not applicable to in-person orders unless otherwise specified.
